Hilti is a fantastic organisation to work for specially when it comes to the culture of the organisation which gives us a competitive advantage over other competitions. The team members and the leaders here is the best to work with. The most valuable thing in the organisation is the exposure and learning you get here. This is one of those companies where you would like to spend your lifetime.

1) Favoritism Promotions are given on the basis of networking with management. 2) Language of Some Zonal sales Heads- They threaten AM's (Account managers) for job, compares their salaries, makes them count what company is paying them. Their language is also filthy. If you speak truth about market feedback, ground realities you are kept aside. 3) Fake image of Best Place to Work- Where Team members (Sales people) are pressurized to rate positive about company, team leader and management. GEOS survey can be seen by management for the namesake it is anonymous4) Every organization has pro and cons but after 2018 this company is worst place to work for. 5) Team leader micromanages Team members- They want every information on team members (Sales Account managers) what they do, sometime even personal. 6) Higher Attrition Rate in Hilti India In the last 2-3 years approx. 150 plus members have left Hilti India. Global policies are not followed at India level. Smaller territories and higher field work is the new normal. 7) Work life balance Most of the sales member of this organization are frustrated, looking for new opportunity. No time for family in evening or on weekends. 8) Overpriced chemical anchors vs landing cost9) Many higher position employees in this organization have tied up themselves with big time applicators. Applicators offer them money and in return employees recommend/promote them for site works. 10) Anything happens in the organization Sales person is kept responsible. 11) Promotion/Horizontal or vertical movementsThey have process so called SMD/PMP- Which is just a formality to show employees that they allow employees to move in to different departments. This is just name sake and very few at HO level gets this opportunity based on their networking skills. Especially people from renown Institutes like NICMAR do not join this organization.
