a very fun and comfortable workplace

I would always feel excited to go to work and see my colleagues. They are fun to be with. However, work is not always enjoyable; we occasionally experience pressure and stress, but this is necessary for our development, therefore it's still acceptable.

Good work life balance

Good place to work. You can work with your own comfort. Employee centric. Pay is also not bad. Fun activities and regular team outings. Both ways cab facilities are there.

It's a really a good company only for freshers. They can have hands on experience with US HealthCare. For experienced people it's a wrost no proper career growth even after 3+ years also no proper good hike competatively to other Healthcare Industries.Management will utilise your skills but they will not push you for next level in the organisation which is very bad.Do not join this company as a experienced candidate. If the role is not Team Lead or above.

Very organized company

As much as it has been a very intense training period of 7 weeks, it has all been very well done. At this point going into full production in a few days I feel that I am as prepared as I can be and know that there will be still lots to learn. The trainers, Ambassador, Smes, tech team have all been incredible and I'm really fortunate to have the opportunity to work for a great company that knows how to take care of their employees.

This used to be an exciting company, but the acquisition of Element (now HGS Digital) and the direction of the company have turned this into a grind that is only to support the ego of certain individuals. Also, very Indian-centric, which is understandable being an India-based company, but the diversity at the head positions is non-existent. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Great Place to Work

I enjoy being apart of a team, that works well together, helps each other, relying on one another not only to get what we need done but any help or struggles along the way you can count on your team. Our Team is like a family, really work very well together to accomplish anything we need to get done. Management fully supportive and cheering us along every step of the way, yet around when any issues arise.

Its is great good work culture good fun Venue managers hire, train, schedule, and supervise in-house staff such as ushers, bartenders, box office employees, maintenance personnel, and security. They also keep track of the safety and cleanliness of the facility, and ensure proper maintenance of in-house gear and equipment.

Fun place and brilliant support

some days at HGS are super slow and some are super busy. But my team leader is very helping and supportive and always my number 1 to turn to when I have any trouble. The work culture is great too. The management is very understanding.
