Overall a secure job. However, one has to live in the fear of transfer pan India every 3-4 years. People from urban background might find it difficult to sustain with the transfer culture in the long run.

Current Appraisal system is needs to modified with due weightage to seniority. In the name of merit, lot of favoritism is happening .

Good for Graduate Apprenticeship

It was 1 year apprenticeship program under the apprenticeship act 1961. The stipend was 25000 per month. Which good enough for all other expenditure during job. Work culture and officers behaviour is very very good and corporative. They tech you beyond your filled.
