No respect No job security just moneyA company which could be a great one except it is not due to very poor management. It is a greedy corporate which used advantage of the covid situation and removed many employees including GETs (freshers) whom they hired just before covid despite the company was in more than 1000 crore profit. The work culture is also not good that you got to keep on licking your boss's boots no matter how good you're, always the mediocre who licks boots gets the cherry. For the intellectuals there won't be much to learn after two years will be same routine over and over again and provision for innovation are always less not because of the existing structural design. Its because the mediocre employees who doesn't like to take risks, which can't be blamed completely on them because the management's motto is to put blame on someone and remove them. It's one of their new policies where they got to layoff 10% of the employees every year. But it pays good, not very high but good. So if you're a mediocre who's good at licking boots, dumping your colleagues and wanna get paid for it, well this is the job for you....
