Good Brand. IT service business is waning under current management strategy.

Management not responsive to employee expectations. They just leave you with project clients and do clerical , administrative tasks when people leave the company. IT service division has taken a beating under new ceo strategy. Experienced people are being replaced with new hires. Minimal annual hike. All the above trends causing sky high attrition in the India unit.
Pros
Remote work. Your project experience is entirely dependent on your billing client.
Cons
High attrition, invisible HR, lack of direction in IT services growth
