Great 👍 working in hlfppt, with good come ordinated staff. Nice job 💯 secure job . I used to work in hlfppt in vijayawada, and I enjoyed the work atmosphere. I recommend to all to join hlfppt group.

Stressed

Very bad experience when i was started working i thought it was good but some days passed it was worst experience. Quality of work is zero. Salary is always late. I want to change here ASAP because there is no future no nothing to learn always stressed.

Stressful

Not a Good Company to Work, very hectic job and no security for job. Non coordination of re-porting managers. FNF clearance is a big problem. Not at all statifactory experience.

Great place to work

HLFPPT is an example in India for a public health organization. Portfolio at HLFPPT is very diverse and lot of innovative programs. Lot of models created by HLFPPT in India needs to be replicated on pan India basis

Management is very poor in odisha stateOdisha DDU-GKY project status is very worsted condition due to staff politic and poor management .Hlfppt is good organization in other states .

Productive and learnig ground

If you are looking for an ample resourceful job and organization where you have the zeal to learn more and more in health care then HLFPPT is the best place to work, learn, and grow. The only caution is that to keep oneself away from the internal politics of the office as that may turn to make it or break it point for you in the organization.

good working environment, management are also cooperative ,salary on time to time Good work culture (One of the best places to work) Good pay structure Friendly Sr Management. Easily approachable. Breakfast/Lunch served free of cost Well orientated and organized.

Very cheap trust because i work with thi trust approx 6 months and they didnt paid my TA and DA allowns and there paper work is very poor level.

I was joined this trust for post of Councellor but we started my job as a field officer and they says to me TA DA is completely paying month by month but they do not pay my TA DA so i leave this job for salary is very low and whole money is spent in field travelling and other activity. Its very bad situation for me because this trust is very cheap like chit fund company.

HLFPPT has a well planned training structure and it is bound to fulfill this.

It was a good experience working with the company. The training strategy is very good along with a good supervision. The training focuses both on theory as well as practical. And monitoring is also done afterwards.

Nice Work space

It a good palace to work. You can learn many things. Atmosphere is good. Its a good place to start your career. But lack of communications effected the performances. But the benefits are good.

Delayed salary payment atleast 7 days every month so be mentally prepared for that......no salary slip will be provided

Best environment in champawat to stya especially in summer season......if you are satisfied with salary package then best place to live inbetween mountains, nature is adventurous, peoples are quite good, less crime, peoples believe in superstitions like jadufuk and babaji.....you need to handle with care.....
