Productive and fun workplace

The job required me to learn a lot on my own as they were very fast paced. The seniors are really supportive and they help you with what you need improving with. My senior was very sweet and helpful

Atlast its corporate world

A very good experience with very less learning. After coming out of the industry, survival is very difficult as because we learn their own softwares and thumb rules. In general a good corporate with all its own politics.

Pros

Free lunch and wonderful working environment

Cons

Weekend & all holidays working

Learning yet stressful environment

Had an eye opening experience at HomeLane, Noida. Although I learnt a lot during my time in HomeLane but I must admit the work culture was very stressful and exhausting. It was a bit toxic as well.

Pros

Great incentives/gifts, flexible work hours

Cons

Toxic work environment, no relaxation

No work life balance but designers are appreciated

Designers have the most hectic job here. Good for people coming for managerial role or backend team role. Designer has to handle the client, escalation, sales and client handling BUT you learn a lot here.

Pros

Incentives, designer appreciation

Cons

Long hours, customer escalation, no work life balance

Toxic

Horrible experience with management, the managers frequently gets changed leaving, none of them guide you just make you over work. You will have no work life balance. The process is flawed, end of the day every fault is the designers fault. Growth can be stopped by a new manager who is clueless about your contribution so far

Pros

Nil

Cons

Exhaustive

Not a good place to be in. Management doesn't have a long term vision for the organisation.

Please don't take full payment from client and disappear from the picture by placing a PM in centre. PM is here just for the name sake. No one reports to PM but PM is answerable to everyone and for everything. He is expected to be present at 20 places at a single time, no helping hand is available. Please change the organisation structure to Stong Matrix. Currently it is a Weak Matrix, where PM hardly has any authority and is literally placed just to eyewash the customers

Pros

Nothing

Cons

Client gold plating, mental and physical stress

Pleasureful work for a Designer

We Don't have any free time, even if you have earned Leaves they don't allow you to take it,If you're not having any work also they make you to stay, kind of corporative jail I felt, the management is the biggest problem I found as they might kill you for they're targets fillings. Don't except any support to your problems, be ready to blame on you even it's QC error or Project Manager Error.

Toxic work culture...No respect for employees...

it was a good company to work with before but few guys made it a toxic work place. Be prepared to get fired anytime. Join if you are ok with zero work life balance .Don't expect any gratitude from the management.

Pros

Nothing

Cons

help them make profit and screw your life

Great experience of coordination and team work

A lot of people with a lot of insights about different aspects in the work scenario could help me gain a lot of exposure to soft skills. A great place to work at.

Though I was a design partner partly associated but it was almost like a full time work which was carried out due to sales target.

Good about homelane was you are independent in handling the project. What hampered was the work process and targets which use to affect the timelines as projects used to clash. Also the payment structure is not that great as compared to the efforts taken as design partner. There is lack of support from the management.
