Slow but steady with poor management and no perks

The most useful review selected by IndeedNo benefits as such. No perks. Work culture has deteriorated over the years. Management inefficiency, no control over the employees. People stay for long years with negligible learning growth. People work under extreme stress. Moderately well pay, not too low, not too high. Job security seems good as they focus on domain knowledge more than technical knowledge. You’ll be keeping getting underestimated and unappreciated if you don’t get domain (product/hardware) knowledge properly.

Good place to work with nice work life balance. Good project and good colleagues to work with. Hardest part is the food canteen.Most enjoyable is the work and flexibility added to it you get the company cab service.

A good working environment and a nice learning experience

A typical Honeywell day starts at 9 followed by half an hour goal setting and discussing the work that has to be done for the day. Theres a sumptuous lunch. Finally a presentation at the end.... I really enjoyed my work there …learnt app development….programming …worked on various projects .The mentors were warm, polite, encouraging and professional.Extremely well managed. Bravo !!!

Useless ,Acidic Culture where Lobby's Exists, which makes life difficult for newcomers. One person takes all calls and deploys highly unethical practices for securing each & every business deals. A pressure cooker like work environment with undue stress all the time. Never plan to Join this Org. will Only will do face saving exercises to check box like employee retention exercise, Voice of employee etc.
