I worked as an intern in Honeywell. Though the work was quite challenging, there was always a bias in the pay within a team even between people coming from best colleges in the country.
Provided Laptop for the virtual internship
Communication and connect with Manager and Team
Employee friendly workplace with strong work culture and ethics. Good management and work practices.
The company provides growth opportunities as well as learning to employees. It helps give exposure to various work profiles. Employees are also given internal job opportunities.
Overall a decent company to work for. Good and knowledgeable people. Opportunities to work in several things apart from regular work. Good culture and brand value. Work life balance is decent. But, career progression is a constant problem. Specially, for senior people as the organization is already full of senior guys. For freshers and lower experience people good to gain experience here.
Work life balance
Well growth wise i used to think Honeywell is the best...but things have drastically changed after Covid-19. We are continuously on furloughs, no rewards or recognitions and only work pressure.
Good growth, encourages continuous improvement ideas
Furloughs, no work from home and no proper role definitions
I have been working at Best Companies full-time for more than 5 years Pros • Friendly, often relaxed atmosphere. • No one is ever too busy to help out each other. • Employees are encouraged to undertake further training to benefit their careers. • Flexible working hours with the option to work from home in certain situations. • Senior management are open and honest with us (which has improved greatly over the time I've been here). • On-site cafe with free lunches. • Free parking. Cons • Although steps have been taken to reduce it, there is still a feeling of the company being more reactive than proactive with things sometimes being left to the last minute. • At times there seems to be a slight divide between the departments upstairs and downstairs, which may be down to the varied nature of the work being carried out in each department.

Working Culture and Pressure of ADI is very high. Manager is not good, he pressurize to subordinate like anything. no body is taking care of Culture but i must say Honeywell is Very good Company but division of Honeywell (ADI) is worst place to work.
It is a good place to work for some period of time. We had Fun Friday every week to relax and team building activities. There are sports activities you can participate.
There are manager is very bad for employee, he treats employee as works.Work and live balance not suitable there. There office working hours 8:30 but manager push to work 10-11 hours

It was first position in office and I feel really glad to work with such a creative team. I developed myself to a professional person which will help me in my future directions.
A lot of exposure to the technology and cross functional teams, I worked in the supply chain field and interactions with the leadership is great experience to learn and explore your skill sets to the fullest
