A great place to work & systematic training models are in place.Culture of freedom in work as well as feedback & grooming by managers on regular basis.Exposure to working across different functions.Recognitions & rewards according to performance.
Employee-friendly policies, though the execution had some issues. Processes are cumbersome. Pay is as per market standard. There is politics, but it's up to you how to handle it. In general great work-life balance, but a lot also depends on the immediate reporting manager. Have many good projects. Good for beginners and also for experienced people
All the occupied with work, not much work life balance noticed. Salaries are better when compared with service industry and not par with product industry. Not much benefits we can expect.
technically we can grow
No other benefits and no progression in career we can witness
Work culture is friendly, easy access to managers or anyone in the company, great learning opportunities. Should work upon HR policies. Poor job security, hire and fire system. Doesn't care for the hardwork and efforts of the people.
Opportunity to work with people at US office, Knowledgeable people around, Great learning opportunities
Job security, less increment, promotions take a long time to happen, Poor HR policies
Employee friendly workplace with strong work culture and ethics. Good management and work practices.
The company provides growth opportunities as well as learning to employees. It helps give exposure to various work profiles. Employees are also given internal job opportunities.
I worked as an intern in Honeywell. Though the work was quite challenging, there was always a bias in the pay within a team even between people coming from best colleges in the country.
Provided Laptop for the virtual internship
Communication and connect with Manager and Team
Overall a decent company to work for. Good and knowledgeable people. Opportunities to work in several things apart from regular work. Good culture and brand value. Work life balance is decent. But, career progression is a constant problem. Specially, for senior people as the organization is already full of senior guys. For freshers and lower experience people good to gain experience here.

Jobs at Honeywell
Well growth wise i used to think Honeywell is the best...but things have drastically changed after Covid-19. We are continuously on furloughs, no rewards or recognitions and only work pressure.
Good growth, encourages continuous improvement ideas
Furloughs, no work from home and no proper role definitions
I have been working at Best Companies full-time for more than 5 years Pros • Friendly, often relaxed atmosphere. • No one is ever too busy to help out each other. • Employees are encouraged to undertake further training to benefit their careers. • Flexible working hours with the option to work from home in certain situations. • Senior management are open and honest with us (which has improved greatly over the time I've been here). • On-site cafe with free lunches. • Free parking. Cons • Although steps have been taken to reduce it, there is still a feeling of the company being more reactive than proactive with things sometimes being left to the last minute. • At times there seems to be a slight divide between the departments upstairs and downstairs, which may be down to the varied nature of the work being carried out in each department.
Working Culture and Pressure of ADI is very high. Manager is not good, he pressurize to subordinate like anything. no body is taking care of Culture but i must say Honeywell is Very good Company but division of Honeywell (ADI) is worst place to work.
It is a good place to work for some period of time. We had Fun Friday every week to relax and team building activities. There are sports activities you can participate.
There are manager is very bad for employee, he treats employee as works.Work and live balance not suitable there. There office working hours 8:30 but manager push to work 10-11 hours
