Amazing Place where i started my career 10 years ago...had the best work life balance and exposure to technology and great learning curve . it shaped me as a person as well as helped me achieve my goals and ultimate dream. it was my best two and a half years. Exceptional on boarding. Excellent training to develop better workplace culture experiences. Very energetic team and probably the most intelligent well educated employees I've ever worked with. I felt humbled to work with such a fantastic team . Team manager always kept us together professionally as well as personally ... Had amazing team bonding and team outings to get off the work stress ....If provided with an opportunity would love to join back again ....#3G# love#
Learned a lot about the UK telecom sector. Contracts renewals and sales of new contracts were part of my job. A typical day at work would involve communicating with customers via phone or chat about selling add-ons, renewing contracts, selling newly launched company products.
Hutchinson is a call center and and i was an advisor catering to Australian customers, the timings could not be helped, the ratings depended on the clients and sometimes it was cruel as you would do everything yet the customer would give you a bad rating as the work is not done. Personal life was a 50 - 50 chance as some could go out on a 2 day off or some could not, falling sick as the time shifts did not agree was common, they have a canteen with fresh food and facilities to rest. Salaries were a bit less and they were a little stingy but since tech mahindra came in the salaries as well as the services provided by the company were dull. But overall a good work place and enjoyable environment
This is a call center that caters to various sectors. I used to work in telecom sector servicing Vodafone customers in Australia. Though the working hours were odd the facilities were exceptional. e.g. At 3AM you could get a wholesome meal in office. The management was very supportive and very well knowledged about the process. Overall a great place to work in
I was associated with the Learning and Development Department and the Training Department of Hutchison Global Services. I worked as an Assistant Manager, Training and my typical job description required ensuring day-to-day process and soft-skills training needs for new hires, existing staff at all levels.Work-hours were long, although we were required to work as per a 9-hour shift. I was nnot able to manage a healthy work-life balance.
An exciting work place
Long hours and low salary
I started working as Customer service advisor. Attending the customer complaints about the services and providing satisfactory resolution. The best part of the job was, I had been given the tools to identifiy the issue and provide end to end resolution to the customers. The management was very service oriented and cutomer friendly. The best work culture I have ever come accross. The hardest part was the challange of over achieving the set target, since every one would deliver their best and were more than happy to be a part of the organisation. The work culture and the atmosphere which helps and motivates everyone to do their best and along with a great salary package and incentives.
