Productive and fun place
SAP MM Consultant (Former Employee) - Gurgaon, Haryana - September 27, 2023
Awesome work culture: “Work from home” is something which excites everybody who are not working at IBM. A lot of projects here give you WFH. They even provide you liberty to work from various locations(again depends on the project;highly confidential projects won’t provide you the same). Lots of Learning Opportunities: ILearn gives you access to a range of courses available online. You can keep working on yourself, learning new technologies. There is a lot of opportunity and mobility within the company(again CTS being a big company offers you the same). Networks work here: IBM has 2 powerful internal networking tools - Sametime and the social networking system Use them, get to know people whom you would like to take help from and reach out. The stronger your network, the better your career(read it as growth). Negligible bench period.

Unprofessional Managers
Advisory System Analyst (Current Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - September 13, 2023
Unprofessional Managers and lot of groupism here. Out of personal grudge they write bad things to spoil career of resources. They expect free overtime work and weekend supports.

Good for work life balance
Infrastructure Specialist (Current Employee) - Pune, Maharashtra - September 7, 2023
I have been working for about 2 years . This place is good for work life balance but not good for learning new technologies. Management need to make room for people to be vocal. Compensation is average and there are minimal chances of hike.

Positive Learning, Growth Experience
Java Developer (Former Employee) - Chennai, India - September 5, 2023
During my two-year tenure as a Java Developer at IBM India, I had a highly enriching experience that significantly contributed to my professional growth. The supportive environment created by my manager and colleagues made a lasting impact. My manager's guidance and the mentorship provided by my colleagues were instrumental in honing my technical skills, making me more proficient in Java development. Beyond the technical aspect, their humility and approachability fostered a positive work atmosphere. My time at IBM India allowed me to gain a deep understanding of project dynamics and cutting-edge technologies. The knowledge and skills I acquired during this period have been invaluable to my career. Overall, IBM India not only provided me with a solid foundation in Java development but also instilled in me the importance of teamwork and mentorship, making it a truly exceptional experience in my professional journey.
Pros
Productive People, Good Mentors
Cons
Nothing
