The supportive environment created by my manager and colleagues made a lasting impact.My manager's guidance and the mentorship provided by my colleagues were instrumental in honing my technical skills, making me more proficient in Java development. Stressful work and work from home option is there.Good learning curve is there in ibm.Onsite oportunities are for seniors.Lot of politics in the company.

Productive and fun workplace

Management is good. All depends on ur domain. If there is no funding, they will not see how much ever experience you have in that project, they'll release you with 1 month of notice.

Work culture and work life balance

The work culture here is good but even return to office is now mandatory here and flexible work hours.Hike would be very low and salary is less compared to market standards

Good Company to Work -- Mostly depend on Manager Decision -- If your manager is bad then you need to look for some other work.. Luckily in my 14 Years with IBM Not worked under any Bad Managers..

Best place to work

You would surely regret coming out from there and it is such a place. The work culture and the people's behavior is just awesome. The only disadvantage is that there is no good hike and a slow growth in your career is what you can expect. Otherwise a very very good place to work.

Good Company

IBM is a very good company. I joined IBM as a lateral hire, hence my salary is good, there are multiple opportunities to learn, improve skills. Multiple projects are available.

Don't stick in the same role

Here you don't get promoted unless you have good rapport with manager. It is good as a company when you have good team and manager. It's a manager company rather employees

Nice place to retire

Expect no rewards,recognision and hikes and your life will be relaxed at IBM.You can retire here. Learning is good for SAP.No Micromanagement. SO all is well
