Good

Work/Life balance is taken seriously with a vehicle in place to support it. Managers treat you like functioning adults, not children! Benefits are good with options to purchase stock and 401k match. The work is challenging and interesting!

IBM offers great learning courses , including all Udemy courses free. My maanger helped me during my Prep for a critical certification . Good work culture

They don't have any projects and force said to resign because your on bench

No communication with senior management and no clear picture to whom to contact for project.if you are leave also they will call without checking your calendar

Good company with work life balance

No proper hikes or growth for people who stay in the company. No much work pressure. Management wise it's a mix of people. If you are under a good manager then your life would be happy.

Not Bad, its a manager driven company and tons, to learn if you're driven. very stressful environment. not a lot of leaves and not a great pay for a large organization

Good place to work

Good place to work with some uncertainty. I worked in IBM when GTS and GBS both were part of IBM. One day we got to know that IBM going spinoff GTS to a new company and as a result all IBMers became Kyndryls.

Great work life balance but poor projects

Has a great work culture but most of the projects are behind on current technologies. However managers are pretty chill and easier to switch teams after 1 year . It is in multiple locations and you can select any location of your choice. It was flexible on work from home even before pandemic. Biggest drawback is low paycheck.

Good Company to Join

Don't expect hikes and promotions easily, very less pay compared to market standards and macro management is worst then any other company, if you just need brand name in resume go for it else try to avoid

Job security and good MNC

I am working with IBM from 9 years now. It's a good MNC where you can get exposed to many clients but we don't get good hikes when compared to market and no timely promotions.

My experience with IBM was one of best so far and I would love to work for IBM given another chance.

My journey started as a Associate Technical Operator and scaled up to Service Delivery Specialist. Throughout the journey I have learned many tools, software and services. I am proud to be part of IBM. Got exposure to work with cross functional teams and had client facing responsibilities which improvised my skills to the best.
