No proper hikes or growth for people who stay in the company. No much work pressure. Management wise it's a mix of people. If you are under a good manager then your life would be happy.

Great work life balance but poor projects

Has a great work culture but most of the projects are behind on current technologies. However managers are pretty chill and easier to switch teams after 1 year . It is in multiple locations and you can select any location of your choice. It was flexible on work from home even before pandemic. Biggest drawback is low paycheck.

I am working with IBM from 9 years now. It's a good MNC where you can get exposed to many clients but we don't get good hikes when compared to market and no timely promotions.

I would like to give 10/10 to IBM, management team used to communicate with us daily by conducting standup calls we share everthing during call.corporate culture is complete different from our College or schooling where we have to think with maturity.IBM always supports Women encourages them, treats every employee equal

If you can live for the same salary for many years, then IBM is the best place to work. You have flexible timings. These days they are forcing people to come to office for 3 days a week. It's very difficult to get appreciation/promotion

Company hire lots of freshers but allocate domain randomly... They do not ask for your intrest just randomly give you domain... But good company pay is great for freshers... But if you're are experience then ask about the project which you will be getting because there are lots of support project as well and do take support projects but there are other good projects as well
