IBM is a really nice company with flexibility towards work. However, hikes are little less. Rest other things are very good. Happy to be an IBMer and all the best for the aspirants.

OverallJob was excellent and I got opportunities to learn new things very easily as a graduate hire. They gave lot of chances to prove myself at work. I worked with an excellent team
It was a great experience since it was my first job. Despite me being just a graduate, I worked closely with clients, I guess this is great in IBM. I'd definitely recommend IBM.

Pros:
IBM is good place to work.
The work culture is very good.
Management people are very cooperative and friendly.
Cons:
Salary increment is not up to the level.
Less growth and you are under paid, no matter how good you are, In order to keep all people happy, manager will never promote you even if do exceptionally well.
Good professional environment with professional employes and helping nature management with employ satisfying with necessary amenities like transport , food , recreation.
Good place for experienced professional who look for work life balance. Freshers should avoid this place if they are looking for steep technology learning.
Timings are flexible . You can do work from home . Management is good.

Great plac eto work. Work life balance is great . Company provide opportunities for new skills set. Managers have frequent meetings with there reportee.

The people in IBM only care about the work to be done on time. No boundations of In time and Out time. So in that case the work life balance is really good.
Work culture is good, no stress, work from home is allowed in most of the projects. Hike is not good , mostly support projects are there in IBM.
Politics is there and no learning
The work culture of IBM is what makes it special. Being hired as a Graduate Trainee, 3 months of intense and updated training is conducted by professionals. The work culture is friendly and result oriented. Incentives and perks are another plus point.
