Working in IBM is very good experience. Managers are good when you have good rapport with them. Interview process is very bad due to hr mismanagemt. Hiring through referral is good to get job there

Its a good company to work with as they are flexible and you will never get a great work life balance as in this company elsewhere. But its a complex management structure as and you do not have defined path to get into the next level. And most importantly its self learn type, you will not get the required help unless you have a good manager.

*A typical day at work: * What you learned: Learned making strategies and accomplishing goals through effective team work. * management: The management is very cooperative and supportive for those who are hardworking, dedicated, ambitious, result oriented. * workplace culture: Share-point & training for process improvement ideas. Drives engagement through R&R & Quiz. Impacts happiness and satisfaction by fun activities, cultural program, family connects. All workplace cultures makes employee more productive and stick to company for a longer duration. *Hardest part of the job: working for more than 14 hours everyday and handling 3 different teams for a year + in Chennai location. It made me more matured and strong in working life. *Most enjoyable part of the job: Open communication, team outing on quarterly basis, festival celebration in shop floor.
Good work culture and opportunities to make career.

I have been worked at UK shift, Generally start from 12.30 to 9.30 and have to do the work what was assigned to me like Banking, cash, reporting, Reconciliation & Managing the team. The management was outstanding and very supportive to me. The working environment is fabulous, every one has to follow the rules and regulation which is good for all the employees. I did not find any hardest thing in the job as every one very supportive.
