Good place to improvise your skill and knowledge A learn and grow place Unlimed CL Women employee benificial work environement. Salary need to bench marked with the market level
No additional benifits like Lunch, Tea etc which is a basic need for an employee
No Doubt, THE BEST Place to work! I really appreciate and thank you so much for all of the opportunities this company has provided me which has not only helped but, is helping me to grow technically, professionally as well as personally. I have learned so much in these years (and still learning from this great place), and will never forget the kindness of management and all of my colleagues.
Good company but losing due to the strategies at Higher management level. It provides a better work life balance and flexibility but the Salary increments are very bad and there is no market correction for the loyal employees. Losing competitiveness due to some awful decisions at higher management not to retain their existing employees y doing a market correction rather pay higher and bring in new resources and spend more money on training them.

Job Work/Life Balance - 3.5/5 Salary Benefits - 3/5 Job Security - 3.5/5 Workplace Culture - 4/5 Hardest Part - Lot of Internal politics prevails. Unnecessary internal practises / processes / initiatives takes precedence over client delivery which brings about a state of dissatisfaction among the employees.
Best part of working in IBM is the work-life balance. encourages its employees to upscale themselves by learning new technologies. There is a culture of innovation.
Good work culture, flexibility, employee friendly rules
Very less salary hike
IBM has plethora of knowledge base & people from different ethnicity. It has good work culture. You can learn a lot here. Your work-life balance depends on your manager else it's good to work here. Two things that I don't like here: 1) slow salary progression 2)They hire too many contractors which cause flux & insecurity
Learning, Work-Life Balance
ts a great place to work but no financial growth The learning curve is pretty high here. work life balance can be well maintained. kplace
Its a great place to work but no financial growth The learning curve is pretty high here. work life balance can be well maintained. Multiple area you can get training
Hard work does pay off, but luck matters in IBM- Softwares. IBM is acquiring small product base companies and then screwing them big time. So if you are one of the acquired emplyee there is a high chance that you will be screwed.
Non Accountable Management
Lots of personal ego in the Management which effects the career of the team members. Lots of old people in the management and which effects the team member as they always want to drag back the good performing team members. Scope of good work is very less There is not enough projects & roles & responsibilities don't match especially for the senior people.
Work life balance - Work from home
Bad Management, No scope for career progress especially for senior people
