Awesome work culture: “Work from home” is something which excites everybody who are not working at IBM. A lot of projects here give you WFH. They even provide you liberty to work from various locations(again depends on the project;highly confidential projects won’t provide you the same).Lots of Learning Opportunities: ILearn gives you access to a range of courses available online. You can keep working on yourself, learning new technologies.There is a lot of opportunity and mobility within the company(again CTS being a big company offers you the same).Networks work here: IBM has 2 powerful internal networking tools - Sametime and the social networking system Use them, get to know people whom you would like to take help from and reach out. The stronger your network, the better your career(read it as growth).Negligible bench period.

Very a wonderful place, with lots of seniors who have spent there 10 + years at IBM. Advancement and work satisfaction depend on the project which mostly is support projects.

Manager driven company, Most projects are support projects, won't support domain change much

Lots of learning.. Good working culture.. Good work. Management is friendly. No yearly bonuses. Medical insurance is not as good compared to others. No coverage for parents. If opted, then need to pay huge premiums

Flexible and WLB, but no proper hikes

We get project based on RCM. We have to fight to get implementation projects. If your manager is good you can succeed in both work and money. Complete Wfh even before covid.

Its a place to learn and collaborate

I have been in IBM for about an year and half. i have love the way management handle the resource. the work life balance is amazing. But the pay scale and increments are negligible. It is a great place to learn new technology collaborate, perform a POC and then get recognized.
