You would surely regret coming out from there and it is such a place. The work culture and the people's behavior is just awesome. The only disadvantage is that there is no good hike and a slow growth in your career is what you can expect. Otherwise a very very good place to work.

IBM chennai application side management is worst. Please do try banglore or other location. Cheap class behaviour of management is IBM chennai. There was a good impression on the brand IBM but after getting in I found that it's all worst people around because of unprofessional management.

IBM offers great learning courses , including all Udemy courses free. My maanger helped me during my Prep for a critical certification . Good work culture
