Employees are put on the floor without any proper training or support
/.First of all the hr personnel who are sitting on the recruitment team does not even have that knowledge of whom to recruit. No proper training is being given to the newly recruited staffs. The branch operation manager does not have that simple etiquette to help the newly recruited employees at their branch. I have learned new banking terms and works. The work culture of the branch is very bad .

Toxic work culture
The behaviour of my reporting authority towards me was not at all acceptable and tried contacting the HR but the HR didn’t respond. The company often hires promising a different job role but the reality is far fetched. My reporting authority made it a miserable experience.
