Do not call it a bank, it's an insurance company. A proper products selling company where you will get the target every single second. Once you meet your target, they will give another impossible target.

ICICI is a great organisation, however HR is worthless. You have to give always good commitments on your supervisor otherwise you gone. There is no space for the innocents.
