Stressful and bloodsucking experience

*Work timings 9 to 7 you are expected to be there 15 minutes before 9 a.m. and stay as late as your seniors want you to which sometimes stretches upto 9 p.m. *High sales pressure*No work training*The day you join you will be handed a sheet with phone numbers and you have to sell personal loan, credit cards, life insurance to people without any information of what to say or what the key points for the products are.*No break timings, they will call you in between your lunch (which is like 15-20 minutes anyway) if the customer rush is there*Inappropriate management*Some managers belittle you every step of the day day degrading things and can't tolerate of the person speaks back to them*They have need based i.e. unlimited sick leaves, but if you do fall sick the managers will keep calling and berating you everyday to join back work even after you have submitted the doctor's slips and prescriptions which are mandatorily required for a sick leave of more than 2 days*And for all the working hours and the stress you have to deal with you get paid in peanuts if you are a fresher or someone with 3-4 years of experience

No layoffs as the bank is shortstaffed caused by the attrition because of poor work environment
