From my past 2 years of experience and as per my work location - icici bank is excellent place to start your career supporting employees and lots of learning regarding how to check financial, banking. In every month there is one whole day training regarding financials.

HR and branch coordination not at all while placing employee...employee is moved to different branches as no branch available for posting....then why are HR recruiting people? From start only motivational level goes to a big zero. No proper training have to learn all things by your own. Very poor management. Expectations same from all cader of staff.
