Long working hours but environment is cool.Being large organisation one can learn cross vertical and horizontally.Management things a lot about employees. Good offsite programs.Slow gowth with low salary. Promotion are fixed as per year vintage even if you perform or not

Challenging and Demanding Work Culture

ICICI has a very competitive and stressful work culture. Though the employee policies are good, but the attitude of the HR towards Employee issues is very unhealthy and unfriendly. Reporting Managers have too much powers and Senior Management are not easily reachable to subordinates. Seniors maintain too much status quo and do not promote healthy work culture. Learning initiatives are lesser and focus is more towards productivity without accountability.

a very aggressive bank, which always want pace itself To be part of the banks is an achievement in itself as you learn to much of things in a short span of period.

Rigid with the culture, pay hikes are low, but the overall experience depends on the teams, and if you have a good boss- you're sorted. Lot of push to learn and lead though
