Had 13 years of experience...organization was good in 2010- 2018...But now culture is very bad....seniors always demotivate...huge pressure, inexperienced ground level team...no time to anyone is being given to guide them and make them learn...only stick approach being there.

A bank is a place where you spend a lot of time with the same 15 people people all year round, doing the same thing that you do everyday. Every bank is a sales organization and your experience is highly dependent on your branch managers. So you have to get lucky to have a good experience, which in most cases is not possible. Most branch managers are archaic and just want to get the work done at any cost of an employees dignity, mental health, privacy etc. all of this while no real effort is take into training.Banking can be a great career for anyone, you can make money and live a stable life.Was this review helpful?
