Limited productivity

ICMR is a black hole place. Getting permanent job here is only possible if you have some strong political backup. ICMR HQ is the most corrupt department under health.

Pros

If you are permanent then your job is secure else its waste of time, Even if you dont work no body will question you because most of the scientist at ICMR are useless

Cons

No career growth at ICMR except some icmr institutes..
