work culture is good but carrier growth very slow, frequently change in management decision, employee goal sheet, extra perks is very good rather than other companies.

I was working there as an agent, my experience was good over there and i got to learn many things, my job was to sell life insurance applications to the one who was in need and who should buy it, i got extra certificate for my work. Enviroment and culture of office is good.
Work under pressure
Normal workday is usually hectic, but one does get opportunities to learn. Managers are somewhat supportive, few co-workers from the same department are supportive. Hardest part would be managing studies with work.

A typical day is full of interaction with the branches regarding execution plan & actual execution. Also the challenges & ways to counter them. Exposure to all field of work. Co-workers are ready to help. The hardest part of the job is to hold back the distribution force. New interaction every day & the excitement of achievement.
IDBI Federal is one of the best organisation so far I worked with. The Job structure, incentive structures were excellent ,attractive contest were there .Regular distribution of International branded items as gifts.
office timing was 10 am to 6:30 pm. 2nd,4th saturdays and sundays were off.very supportive senior staff and co-workers. the hardest part of the job was to convince candidates to join the company as an advisors , since my job was to recruit advisors it was very difficult to recruit because as an advisor they were getting paid through incentives only and no basic pay.most of the candidates wanted a basic and a fixed salary. The most enjoyable part was , we used to celebrate each and every success moments together and the performers were rewarded with gifts. Company also used to present gifts for each and every staffs on regular intervals and occasions.

IDBI is really Good organization . its Goal oriented . we are achieve our goal means we get full facilities its superb work place just bcz Management give full support for entire workers. but idbi didnt have branches its very long to my home location its only reason for i quit my job.

Morning huddles, evening commitments , having review with FRMs , Accompanying the co-workers in job tasks, learned team handling, budget management,auditing and reviewing. hardest part of job was. I had to face huge alteration problem. team meeting , lead generation activities and achievement parties were enjoyable parts of my job.
