Limit ur employees u recruit sooooo many employees just to insist peoples to port their no from other network to idea
This is wastage of time and money
These agent giving wrong information just to get their work done.
Just provide good services to the customer and believe me people really have sense to select good network if they want to port their no to another network
This money u r waisting is totally of no use ...They should balance between work and payment in accordance.
Pls look for employee engagement and carrier growth
Give people the right salary that they can run their families and stop giving appoint nonsense people like ASM,TSE
Sales, service delivery, marketing and network issues pressure on sales team since we are the front line employees
Employee should get promotion as per their performance
Good facilities
It is very good.
Salary not satisfied
Work on retention of the good employee .
