I have experienced a good work culture from idea and it can be motivated through out the career and personal life. each and every day is enthusiastic for me some day critical problems happening and co workers are ready to help .and also job has its own difficulty with managing through channels and customers but it helps me to learn lot. and also i realize that good character and good behavior built better personal and professional life .ever system in idea monitoring each and every level and capability of employees and assigned job accordingly so management system can work effectively and i always enjoy the job

A good company under the flagship of a renowned MNC

Idea Cellular is a good company to wok with. It is a company with good values and management. My profile in the company was that of Service centre manager of the calicut zone. Self was in charge of all customer service related operations in the zone and took care of the company showrooms in the zone. self was in charge of all customer care executives in the zone and also a team of support staffs reported to me.
