One of the Worst companies to work with

Idea Cellular Ltd. was by far the worst company that I have been a part of. The company follows no ethics and morals when it comes to their practices. It mostly arm-twists their employees (who need jobs) into following them out of compulsion

A good place to work and grow. The work day is too busy, lots of work but you will a lot of opportunities to learn and get a feeling of achievement. The hardest part is sometimes you got to deal with many teams with least coordination between them at a higher level.

My journey with Idea Cellular Limited has been very fruitful. I have learnt a lot from Idea in my career. I started my career with Idea as a Receptionist and now I handle Administration & Facilities. The work culture over here is very friendly. We are time to time provided with support and guidelines in our routine task to make it more better. Our creative ideas are always welcomed and implemented. HR policies in Idea have been designed as per requirement of team members in each and every level. Really Idea Cellular Limited is a great place to work.
