Very nice work culture and employee friendly company.And employees are allways motivated.My work experience at present 14 years on wards.I am work with idea cellular ltd 7 years .
This company is better than comparable to other companies work pressure some lesser compared to other companies improvement a network site must needed present conditions
The company has now been merged with Vodafone and is not doing too well but in the good old days it was fun to be working there and teams were supportive and open to new ideas

This is the great experience with Idea cellular.The store manager and other staff member are very helpful ,calm and co-operative.It is nice place to work and learn many new things.They celebrate all the festivals and celebrate cultural events and birthdays.Overall my experince is very nice with Idea.
it is good company but very stressful company even we can spend the time with family members.. it is very tough job and hard core...i any got job in telecom please ignore present...

Well, that's the beginning of my career. Personally I didn't like the place, very stressfull much pressure to reach the target.
Co-employees are okay.
But coming to the middle level management doesn't like at all
They do gossips always about the employees.
Back talks are so irritative.
Overall I dint encourage others to join there. I'm talking about the work place which was in 2016 and I'm not confident about now.
Staff is very supporting, not very harder job, but daily facing new type customer his good or bad both types. Salary not good against residence area.
Idea care...The best place i feel i worked the staff was totally friendly but work load use to be there like attending customers, solving their quieirs and many more..Bt due to some reasons I left the job...Bt I feel it was the best place I worked.
I have very good experience with Idea cellular Ltd company specially thanks to my reporting manager who will support and force to aceheive the goal and learn everything which is need for this job.
Idea is a good company which everyone like to be a part of it. A company with strong Hr policies, great culture, job security, career growth platforms amd of course well paid.

Retailers and distributors, territory manager quary resolution given and working with as a family. Area sales manager working with us as a whole team.
Management is in competent need only polishing from there junior ...No career growth. They only know how to exploit employee and distrubing employee mental peace ...Not recommeded at all
