No work life balance

Work is hectic. Work comes up even during holidays and sundays. Leave is not easy to get. Have to stay in office 1-2 hours more than official working hours.

At IDFC FIRST BANK you will feel extremely pressure for life insurance targets. Salary and incentives are way better than any other bank in the market. But the work culture and politics are beyond control in this bank. It all depends on support of your manager.

Too much politics, High Target pressure, no support from senior, No fixed time for leaving the branch in evening
