Bad place

Pathetic place to work for where ther is no work life balance .No training sessions for newly joined Employees Number should be asked from day 1 and if you don't perform well will be getting PIP threat from Bossor management

No work culture no sense of belonging,no job security, high incentive, weekends are working.they just fired when they need .no proper intimation.high pressure

Good place to work

Keen to rejoin again with the bank. Good place to work and management are very friendly and supportive in every aspects. Even guided us very nice and politely.

Good Experience

Prior to this I was in ICICI Bank and worked there for 2+ years. Left the job for better prospective on a very good note. Current organization is founded from NBFC. HR & other processes need improvement. Long working hours. Working on holidays.
