It's okay for operation people's but not for other specially for HR in medical scribe process. It's worst place to work with.

Not a good place to work for an HR person. They will never let you work in a positive way. Every time operations intervene in between and later on blame HR for every activity.This is specifically for medical scribe process not for entire IDS. I am not aware about others.

Most of the work hours I have noticed biased decisions and low ethics in recognizing work done by the employee. The salary offered was very low as compared to the work given.

Low work culture, inconsiderate towards employees.

Good for a short term gig for students etc or consider as a last resort. Salary growth is poor. Middle management is run by unqualified long-serving employees only. That is the yardstick for promotion. You do get mandatory benefits though.

fun workplace with optimal salary and new opportunities and challenges everyday to learn something new. Management could be improved. The hardest part of the job is that it may require to sit for 10 hours straight if the physician does not take a break. Overall, it is a good place to work at and a great start for freshers after completing graduation.
