Work growth environment

I have been working for Expedia process. They are paying decently well, not too much work pressure, WFM system sucks a little, leave policy is good. Overall good experience.

Useless place

For new learners the company is good. And i dont know about whole IGT processes i am just expressing my views on Air India process. Dont join them!! Air india process is just bad. If u want a leave then you have to tell them atleast 15 days before and if you are sick you have to come to office there is no sick leave. Even salary is also very low just dont go thereee.

Fun Workplace/ Management issue

Worked for Egencia process. The process is good with lot of perks and benefit. Work pressure is low. Environment is chill. But there are disadvantagesPros:No work pressure.Great work life balance.Cons:Low salary growth. Lower management is dumb and deaf. Nothing much to learn. Night Shifts. If you're not their favourite nobody will listen to you.

Management iz good ,All the senior most manager are helpful,Good place to work ,The tool Amadeus has really automated some of the company’s processes. We now spend less time doing manual work. It’s making very easy to work. Thanks to its scheduling feature.

Problem with time and cab

The cab system of this company is just worse.. They provided only one side cab.. Also cab driver leave my friend at the gate of the company even after seeing him..at around 2am!! All the the employees who we're in the cab were saying the driver that someone is not picked up...all employees are not here... Even after knowing this he move the cab forward..what is this?? Why do such rules in a company!?

Stressful and no work life balance.

You must pick up calls as soon as you log into the system. There is a tremendous amount of pressure on the KPYs. Bonuses should be given on time. Management needs to provide leaves.

Good for freshers

Overall this organisation is for people who are good at politics. You will not be recognised for your efforts. Managers are expert in finding mistakes in you but will never acknowledge your efforts . IJPs are preplanned in almost all the processes. They know in advance whom they are going to choose, rest is all formality. If you are joining this company please focus more on pleasing your boss than product knowledge. Product knowledge? Who needs it.
