Decent company to work for. Salary and benefits are good. They offer 48 leaves annually plus 12 public holidays. Probably more than any other organisations.
Variable is usually 125% and they also provide $2000 worth of stocks every year.
Great place to work.Flexible work timings. Working from home option. Good package.Supporting management. Good Insurance. Enough annual leave. Company shares.
Good Stable environment, good salary and bonus but lesser learning in terms of new technology and not so enthusiastic persons. Very boring product and no learning.

It is a good company to learn new things performing primary and secondary research, QC, and other training.
But the frequent changes in the management like directors and managers makes bit pressure and unacceptable to change the work style very often.

A good leraning experience however does not have a good culture and management. It is just come, login and work and go home. Overall, the compensation is less as compared to the efforts invlved.

Learning experience at work, Management is supportive yet very diplomatic, getting things done here is faster, however, the compensation wise company is not much rewarding. if you planning to stay longer and compensation is not a big concern for you, I would recommend you to work here.

As a company its good but in my process, management is not good and in other processes the management is fine. Overall company is awesome while hiring experience candidates and the offers handsome salary.
