Good benefit from the best. I just love IKEA for its caring initiative towards employees and the nature. Good development opportunities in the company. Ikea is providing insurance and insurance to dependent.

Ikea is one of the best company to work. I really enjoy working here. Team management is really good, ikea's work culture is amazing. Ikea is my 2nd home.

Excellent place to work and have peace of mind.

Once you work for IKEA - You can take yourself out of IKEA, but you will never IKEA out of you.The people you work with will always make you feel welcome and happy. The entire company is flled with people who are non-judgemental.

Wut

I had to do this. I like the work day as it is very fun. I learned many things along my friends such as tying knots. The pay is pretty good and the most enjoyable part is that we get lunch for free.

Great Brand, But Internal Conflict will not let you work

Great brand to work for but donot expect the culture to be same as its in Sweden or Globally. In India the culture is as equivalent to anyother brand. The employees and there behaviour is same as any other.Culture is promoted well in the company through various medium. As its part of People and culture team.But the reality is different. Did hear many internal conflicts in almost every department.

Typical days routine are usually the same... which includes organization of articles...ordering new articles.... receiving them. Pricing all the articles for customer to understand.Managers are super supportive in every way possible...whether be work related, granting leaves, employee development.

Ikea is always a special organization for me, you can learn new things, management trust's you, wlb, manager decisions are final, average pay master, process oriented.
