It's very fun to work there since my friends and I got to work there which made work more fun. We got work done while having fun. There is also good food there.

Great brand to work for but donot expect the culture to be same as its in Sweden or Globally. In India the culture is as equivalent to anyother brand. The employees and there behaviour is same as any other.Culture is promoted well in the company through various medium. As its part of People and culture team.But the reality is different. Did hear many internal conflicts in almost every department.
