Unstable policies
Policies are unstable and they change frequently. Management is not good at cluster level which impacts the work culture and unbiased environment can be sensed.

Politics seen at manager and higher level ....which can ruin some ambitious dreams...my honest opinion,this company even though it's bringing an IPO can't succeed as of its an idiotic one.
