Policies are unstable and they change frequently. Management is not good at cluster level which impacts the work culture and unbiased environment can be sensed.

Benefits are limited, below average pay to new joiners especially to freshers. Smart people to work with, but higher management tries to micromanage you. Good luck

Politics seen at manager and higher level ....which can ruin some ambitious dreams...my honest opinion,this company even though it's bringing an IPO can't succeed as of its an idiotic one. Does not respect the seniority, the past experience, the current work and dedication given by the employees.... sincere opinion to you guys, just join this company for short term basis, earn and kick there rear, this one is not worth giving your precious time!!!!

Good opportunity for freshers.

Pay is okay. Good to join for initial training, but not sure about any growth. Join if you want to learn the work. Otherwise workplace environment is fine, and people are friendly. Though the location is a bit off, especially for people who need to relocate. It's hard to find good place to stay in nearby areas. Will definitely take some time to settle down.

Don’t feel much growth while working in iks and feel like more of stagnant life and monotonous life, no work/life balance before of night shift but easy for them who want to do that work as it has the comfort zone.

My experience in iks in day shift is good in billing department but the night shift experience is bad my manger used to do pressure on us for achieving target and they also pressure is for extending shift I used to go home at morning 6am and then come to office at 5 pm it's was my worst experience

Stressful work.Inefficient team managers.Senseless HR.Ignorant management.That's all the things that makes IKS super pathetic to work.Only thing good with me was, I had super good colleagues who later became my best friends. Which suffice the negatives, but resigning IKS was best decision I took.

Working from home

Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Burr Ridge, IL - May 5, 2022

The job was nice because after working there for three months we started working from home. The customer service position got so bad because you take the incoming calls and handle the complaints but nothing get resolved afterwards. So next month and the month after and the month after you have the same patient calling you back about the same issue that still has not been resolved. Now you have to think of lies to tell the customer as to why the issue isn't fixed a year later. It started to be so stressful and it wasn't worth being yelled at anymore.
