Productive workplace
Clinical Associate (Former Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - December 14, 2022
Good company to start career in. But work life balance is a tradeoff. So, it's good for single people at the start of their careers. There is fixed tenute of promotions with 10% hike at each level.

Don’t feel much growth while working in iks and feel like more of stagnant life and monotonous life, no work/life balance before of night shift but easy for them who want to do that work as it has the comfort zone.
Pros
Pick and drop service, good infrastructure
Cons
Micro management, short breaks

Stressful, non supportive work culture
Clinical Documentation Specialist (Former Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - October 4, 2022
Stressful work. Inefficient team managers. Senseless HR. Ignorant management. That's all the things that makes IKS super pathetic to work. Only thing good with me was, I had super good colleagues who later became my best friends. Which suffice the negatives, but resigning IKS was best decision I took.

Ok place to work
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) - Coppell, TX - September 11, 2022
It’s an okay company but the pay is low. That is why the turnover rate is so high. If it wasn’t for that, it would be a great company to work fire. The job is easy which makes the job tolerable.

Only about the money
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Burr Ridge, IL - June 22, 2022
Poor organization, most of the work is done in India which hinders your ability to complete your work. Having to lie to customers when issues are not being resolved.
Pros
Fun office environment
Cons
More like a collection agency

Medical Scribe (Current Employee) - New York State - June 20, 2022
Cool place to work at. Not much work pressure, however if you are good in what you do, you'll be expected to work more than the people who are not willing to provide quality.
Pros
Wfh
Cons
Calling back to office

Working from home
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) - Burr Ridge, IL - May 5, 2022
The job was nice because after working there for three months we started working from home. The customer service position got so bad because you take the incoming calls and handle the complaints but nothing get resolved afterwards. So next month and the month after and the month after you have the same patient calling you back about the same issue that still has not been resolved. Now you have to think of lies to tell the customer as to why the issue isn't fixed a year later. It started to be so stressful and it wasn't worth being yelled at anymore.
Pros
Easy work
Cons
They don't take care of the issues.

Nice place to learn
Payment posting (Former Employee) - Hyderabad, Telangana - March 24, 2022
Career Growth is too slow . management should change some policies like .they should pay salary on time if there is weekend or holiday ....it should be on 1st of every month if there is Sunday or holiday they should pay one day prior like 31st

Good for starting your career in non-clinical field
Clinical Documentation Specialist (Current Employee) - Airoli Navi Mumbai - March 20, 2022
It has been a good experience overall. Good for starting career in non-clinical field. Workflow might be hectic initially, but with time one can get accustomed with it.

It's kind of mixed place to work
Virtual scribe (Current Employee) - Mumbai, Maharashtra - March 11, 2022
The company really gives attractive package at the cost of your personal time. If you have time management you can definitely get done earlier or on time but that depends on your supervisor. Moreover the worst dept here is the management and IT. These two people have nothing to do just trouble every one around. Everything will be going smooth and suddenly they come up with some really not required impractical things and will terminate you if you don't accept. That's very unfair and wrong.

Customer Service Representative II (Current Employee) - Burr Ridge, IL - January 27, 2022
Good Company, depending on what account you are on patients can be very rude. High call volume management is ok feel how the billing system works is trash and will cut back a lot of calls.
