If I could give this company's work environment a zero I would there training is from a India there was a language barrier and the training was on a projector .

You are paid on and you have set shift and off on the week ends

Employees health should be considered irrespective of the work load, they ask u to work even in bad health conditions or ask you to giv replacement of scribe in an urgency.

Get to learn a lot about US healthcare system looking at the job profile.

Demand what you deserve or dont do it. It's tough and challenging at the same time. Don't be fooled with the work life balance. Holidays arent worth the pain.

The work at iks health is repetitive . Ofcourse you will learn thing. But you can not any other extra skills after working 3-4 months. The growth is very limited.

Employees and management friendly and helpful when assistance needed

Have worked for company for 7 months. Have been remote and have loved every minute of it. Of course there are days a bit stressful due to high call volume but there is always someone to assist you during those difficult times when assistance is needed. Have gained so much knowledge I’m such a short period of time. Everyone is always very cheerful and management always encourages you and gives feedback on job performance. I am hoping to move up this year in a job position and feel as with a new learning opportunity recently that may be where I could possibly head. OT is offered when it is busy which I love. Awards are given and acknowledged during monthly meetings. The pair is fair has benefits which are fair. I truely enjoy working for this company and for once don’t dread working daily and enjoy all the knowledge I have received.

Horrible!

The training was not informative. I didn't learn anything. Rude trainers. NO supervisor assistance you get thrown on the phone after two weeks and have no idea what you are doing. Please keep scrolling do not waste your time.

Horrible company to work for. Supervisor are not helpful they talk about their employees personal business to everybody. The pay is not worth the hassle. I would rather work at a fast food restaurant than this company. They also do fraudulent insurance billing.
