Overall experience okay

Got to learn so many new things in terms of Medical billing as the training team is awesome. Most of the team leaders are supportive. The QA for me was awesome. But work from home policies are lame. They fired people for lame reasons in this pandemic situation. They didn't activate prohance even after sending them emails and raising tickets for the same and used to send emails to employees for missing swipe ins and would apply leaves even after completing the required time on system and hitting the required numbers as the prohance wouldn't be activated. Coming to salary, there is no fixed salary, your experience doesn't matter when it comes to salary hike, it matters in terms of productivity. Freshers are paid more than experienced people. HR told me she can't give me 25k/ month even after 1 year of Medical billing experience but later on I found freshers were getting 25k+/month inhand.

Competitive place to work, I have seen growth in IKS, interaction with US physicians, free Saturday lunch. Learned a lot in terms of communication. Helpful senior staff for the beginners.

Poor management

Although the work culture is good, salaries are meagre with minimal appraisals. If you are good at your work, you won't have to face many issues; but training and initial months are about to be tough and you may be required to work beyond working hours.

Worst company for doctors

Worst company to work with. Management does not have any idea what they are doing. People are getting termination threats. Management does not care about their employees at all. They just want their work to be done and for that they are ready to put their employees life at stake.

Worst company to work for!!

Do not join this company unless u are in dire need of money! The management sucks and the company policies change in a blink of an eye. They hire truckload of people and terminate without a valid reason! Inspite of having a satisfactory and above expectation productivity and quality i was terminated because the company did not want to give me my referral money.

Horrible job

They over work you for little to nothing pay wise. The manager runs the place even though there’s someone over him. Business is not handled properly and manager seems to be a bit racist. I hated it here

Good for an initial experience

Training period is the only period in this company where you can enjoy a lot. Scribing for medical professionals can be a hassle if you are a first timer. Management is not so great. Hardest part of the job is sitting in front of the computer for a period of 9 hours.

Great place despite the bad reviews

This is definitely a place for someone who takes pride in their work and can appreciate the opportunities given.It is a fast-paced work environment that will keep you on your toes but the management is very helpful and understanding.If you’re the type of person who would prefer to do the bare minimum this place isn’t for you. Overall,I enjoyed my time at IKS and I wouldn’t trust the negative reviews the company has received

Great and fun place to work at with supportive colleagues

Working at IKS is not always fun; however, it is not that stressful. People are supportive, but you get daily deadlines, and need to finish the day's work before leaving. The people and seniors are supportive, and is a great place to learn new things. My language and writing skills improved a lot by working at IKS. Management is good. The hardest part was completing the work before deadline, and working under pressure some days, and meeting the preferences of the provider. The most enjoyable part was the rewards that they used to give at the end of the month to appreciate your work.

Its only 1 manager that does her job lejuana" she's very strict but she has reasoning behind it. She will help you advance to the next level which means straight out of iks . The indians that run this company is cheap!!! They dont have cups, no holiday bonuses or annually bonuses but you might get $0.50 In april if you qualify ! Whatever that means
