Work environment is Good. HR managment is not so good. Policies are changing according to there will. For a fresher IKS is good platform to grow career in medical billing.

My experience in iks in day shift is good in billing department but the night shift experience is bad my manger used to do pressure on us for achieving target and they also pressure is for extending shift I used to go home at morning 6am and then come to office at 5 pm it's was my worst experience

Cons

Bad experience in night shift, they pressure us if target won't achieve and, you have to extend shift

Got to learn so many new things in terms of Medical billing as the training team is awesome. Most of the team leaders are supportive. The QA for me was awesome. But work from home policies are lame. They fired people for lame reasons in this pandemic situation. They didn't activate prohance even after sending them emails and raising tickets for the same and used to send emails to employees for missing swipe ins and would apply leaves even after completing the required time on system and hitting the required numbers as the prohance wouldn't be activated. Coming to salary, there is no fixed salary, your experience doesn't matter when it comes to salary hike, it matters in terms of productivity. Freshers are paid more than experienced people. HR told me she can't give me 25k/ month even after 1 year of Medical billing experience but later on I found freshers were getting 25k+/month inhand.

Worthless policies, no fixed salary based on experience, hire and fire company

This was the worst place I have ever worked at!! The staff was a joke!! Our team leader was an alcoholic that stole everyone’s social security numbers when laid off then called us to tell us !!

I am iks employee, I am writing to you as I feel this is the last option to approach someone. I am disappointed with the way you people are treating employees, and all my issues are remain unresolved, this is the worst company I have seen in my life. Starting from my salary, cab, support for everything I have an issue I raised my voice so many times infact my salary issue is taken till the director Ramakanth but it is of no use. Right from my immediate supervisor to the director no boday able to help me or provide me a solution for this . No one is addressing me infact I feel irritated, frustrated about this and I already spoke with HR that I want to quit your company as usual no response. So I am decided to quiy ua company. And I know nobody will respond me back even after reading this message. Very sad to work with you guys This is my careers worst decision

Good place for freshers

LOT OF LEARNING PLATFORM with lot of open learning source for US healthcare. Good management open up in all problems , quick resolve of problems. Free transport for employees.

.Work mostly on NextGen (NG) and Excel sheets. .basic R.C.M and knowledge on USA health care. . Management is good even though it is not a friendly Environment. . Very helpful at times. . working on low dollar values/which in case requires calling, sometimes the rep is not ready to give the Exact denial reason. . Getting the Tough work done.
