Overall as a fresher for me it was a good working experience. For doctors its a good option for a long term corporate career; however, Hr policies & work environment needs to be more employee friendly.

Productive workplace

Good company to start career in. But work life balance is a tradeoff. So, it's good for single people at the start of their careers. There is fixed tenute of promotions with 10% hike at each level.

Good place for early Start of carrier in non clinical filed.Less growth in terms of salary within company..Advice to ManagementCompany is growing in retail post audit. Need to more focus on compensations & employee benefits.

Employees health should be considered irrespective of the work load, they ask u to work even in bad health conditions or ask you to giv replacement of scribe in an urgency.

Pros

Get to learn a lot about US healthcare system looking at the job profile.

Bad management, they should improve it.

Worst company for doctors

Worst company to work with. Management does not have any idea what they are doing. People are getting termination threats. Management does not care about their employees at all. They just want their work to be done and for that they are ready to put their employees life at stake.

Worst company to work for!!

Do not join this company unless u are in dire need of money! The management sucks and the company policies change in a blink of an eye. They hire truckload of people and terminate without a valid reason! Inspite of having a satisfactory and above expectation productivity and quality i was terminated because the company did not want to give me my referral money.

It is a good place to work for a short period of time. However, there isn't much learning involved or many opportunities for personal development. Taking the mentioned into consideration, salary can be better.

Stressful job

Not a good expreience

Good place in term of salary but not at all in terms of healthy working culture. You are suppose to slog, burn out and management is less bother about you, your health.
