It is a Good organization. Great work environment. Pretty good management. they give priority to employee welfare and satisfaction. HRs are very helpful and do very rapid issue resolving.

This company is a revolving door

I was working for IKS up until the closure at my office I liked the people overall that I worked with but this becomes the long and short of it during my time there was never any raises and they decided to close the location where I worked and offered little notice of the closing the medical benefit were extremely overpriced and you would end of spending a large portion of your check for medical benefits and most of their employees would come and go due to the pay structure and no raises and the company did not do anything to try and keep a lot of the employees its like they wanted them gone because it was one less person to pay

Pros

The weekends off and I like the people I worked with

Cons

No raises and sky high medica insurance that would take most of your paycheck

Horrific. Do NOT work here!!

What is the best part of working at the company?Nothing. They use you then kick you the curb like you’re nothing. Upper Management is horrible

What is the best part of working at the company?This is not the place to work this company do not care about their employees they give occurrences when you call off do to a death in your family if you miss a day they will take your PTO time without asking and still give you an occurrence you gotta wait 3 months to get your bonus it is a racist enviorment they reps like s++t this company is stressful and depressing What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The pay and the micro managing is the worseWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?Stressful very stressful and depressing and the pay is not enoughWhat is a typical day like for you at the company?Everyday is the same nothing changes but more rules are applied to heavy work load

Ok place to work

It’s an okay company but the pay is low. That is why the turnover rate is so high. If it wasn’t for that, it would be a great company to work fire. The job is easy which makes the job tolerable.

Only about the money

Poor organization, most of the work is done in India which hinders your ability to complete your work. Having to lie to customers when issues are not being resolved.

Working from home

The job was nice because after working there for three months we started working from home. The customer service position got so bad because you take the incoming calls and handle the complaints but nothing get resolved afterwards. So next month and the month after and the month after you have the same patient calling you back about the same issue that still has not been resolved. Now you have to think of lies to tell the customer as to why the issue isn't fixed a year later. It started to be so stressful and it wasn't worth being yelled at anymore.

Productive and Excellent work place

I loved working here. Management was amazing and so were the co workers on my team. Everyone worked well together and my other coworkers were great at assisting me with task. Hours were great as well

Ok company to work for have not had any problems but I also don't miss a lot of work days they do not like that and it will get you fired quickly that's it

Employees and management friendly and helpful when assistance needed

Have worked for company for 7 months. Have been remote and have loved every minute of it. Of course there are days a bit stressful due to high call volume but there is always someone to assist you during those difficult times when assistance is needed. Have gained so much knowledge I’m such a short period of time. Everyone is always very cheerful and management always encourages you and gives feedback on job performance. I am hoping to move up this year in a job position and feel as with a new learning opportunity recently that may be where I could possibly head. OT is offered when it is busy which I love. Awards are given and acknowledged during monthly meetings. The pair is fair has benefits which are fair. I truely enjoy working for this company and for once don’t dread working daily and enjoy all the knowledge I have received.

Horrible!

The training was not informative. I didn't learn anything. Rude trainers. NO supervisor assistance you get thrown on the phone after two weeks and have no idea what you are doing. Please keep scrolling do not waste your time.

Runnn!

Horrible company to work for. Supervisor are not helpful they talk about their employees personal business to everybody. The pay is not worth the hassle. I would rather work at a fast food restaurant than this company. They also do fraudulent insurance billing.

Not much room for growth

Not much room for growth with this company. The company is growing but the ability to grow is very limited. Local employees are not recoginized like the overseas employees

No structure and micromanage

Do not work there run no sick time no bonus calls are horrible management is sub par no raises if you are a minute late that is a occurrence and the system issues prevented you from working properly

Need some improvement

Job does not have structure and need a lot of improvement for growth. The job is very stressful. It’s very had to communicate with management at times.

No work life balance

Company is always on the look out for their own benefit. Sometimes you will think company is thinking about you but you are wrong. No matter how much loyal you are and hardworking, you will still have to fight for what you deserve.

I had one of the highest productivity and had so much fullfillment in satisfing the patients

I started as a medical collector and due to head quarters took back accts and then most of us became customer service reps in a call center, which most collectors quit. I stayed on as i still had my pay and benefits. I later loved what my new title as a customer service rep, in a call center.

Its a very interesting place to work for.. Learn something new everyday as far a medical billing, claims, insurance and processes. I love all of my coworkers, very easy to get along with.

Horrible business

This was the worst job I have ever had! The low pay is not worth the daily stress and a doctor's excuse when you or your child are sick is considered an unexcused absence. Management is unorganized and messy, the work environment is equivalent to being in Junior High and the supervisors display favoritism. Just horrible work environment and policies.

ok

I learned a lot in the healthcare field from the previous management staff. I feel the company is currently lacking stability and there is room for improvement in multiple areas. The current leadership team is over worked and under paid. Most of the Team Leaders are doing the job duties of supervisors and managers.
