Productive and educative experience with vast knowledge of the associated field

My days as a Medical Scribe were a whirlwind of learning and growth. A typical day involved shadowing physicians, meticulously recording patient data, and managing electronic health records. The management was supportive, and the workplace culture was collaborative and enjoyable. The hardest part was the high-stress situations, but the exposure to diverse medical cases made it rewarding. This experience taught me precision, adaptability, and teamwork, laying a solid foundation for my future in the medical field.

Overall good experience

Overall as a fresher for me it was a good working experience. For doctors its a good option for a long term corporate career; however, Hr policies & work environment needs to be more employee friendly.

Benefits are limited, below average pay to new joiners especially to freshers. Smart people to work with, but higher management tries to micromanage you. Good luck

Great to learn.

Work environment is Good. HR managment is not so good. Policies are changing according to there will. For a fresher IKS is good platform to grow career in medical billing.

Productive workplace

Good company to start career in. But work life balance is a tradeoff. So, it's good for single people at the start of their careers. There is fixed tenute of promotions with 10% hike at each level.

its my plesure that i got an opportunity to work with iks, totally diffrent journey from a practicing doctor to medical writer. i must say if anyone wanna gain good knowlage about US health culture IKS is the best platform to work and grow.thanks

Nice place to learn

Career Growth is too slow . management should change some policies like .they should pay salary on time if there is weekend or holiday ....it should be on 1st of every month if there is Sunday or holiday they should pay one day prior like 31st

Don't join if you have hunger to achieve mountains in your life

The work at iks health is repetitive . Ofcourse you will learn thing. But you can not any other extra skills after working 3-4 months. The growth is very limited.

Too much politics, advantage is given to good looking girls. They promise bonus but they do not give. If you raise your voice against injustice, you are thrown out.

It's good but no that much

I have almost 8 months of experience in IKS the company is good but don't have that much growth of employe in that organisation therefore i am looking for a better opportunity

Overall experience okay

Got to learn so many new things in terms of Medical billing as the training team is awesome. Most of the team leaders are supportive. The QA for me was awesome. But work from home policies are lame. They fired people for lame reasons in this pandemic situation. They didn't activate prohance even after sending them emails and raising tickets for the same and used to send emails to employees for missing swipe ins and would apply leaves even after completing the required time on system and hitting the required numbers as the prohance wouldn't be activated. Coming to salary, there is no fixed salary, your experience doesn't matter when it comes to salary hike, it matters in terms of productivity. Freshers are paid more than experienced people. HR told me she can't give me 25k/ month even after 1 year of Medical billing experience but later on I found freshers were getting 25k+/month inhand.

Salary wise it's good but there's load of work and no job security.

Ambience is good, no salary issues; however, bit stressful work. Their staffs are good, very kind and generous, immediate responsive towards any queries. No job security.
