Overall as a fresher for me it was a good working experience. For doctors its a good option for a long term corporate career; however, Hr policies & work environment needs to be more employee friendly.

Low salary, no growth, heavy workload

Growth happens every 5 years with no increase in salary. Salary is very low and HR is very unprofessional. This company runs on gullible freshers who leave in frustration after knowing the stupid company policy. Yearly appraisals are fixed at 3% despite your performance which is a joke.

Benefits are limited, below average pay to new joiners especially to freshers. Smart people to work with, but higher management tries to micromanage you. Good luck

Career Growth is too slow . management should change some policies like .they should pay salary on time if there is weekend or holiday ....it should be on 1st of every month if there is Sunday or holiday they should pay one day prior like 31st

Employees health should be considered irrespective of the work load, they ask u to work even in bad health conditions or ask you to giv replacement of scribe in an urgency.

Got to learn so many new things in terms of Medical billing as the training team is awesome. Most of the team leaders are supportive. The QA for me was awesome. But work from home policies are lame. They fired people for lame reasons in this pandemic situation. They didn't activate prohance even after sending them emails and raising tickets for the same and used to send emails to employees for missing swipe ins and would apply leaves even after completing the required time on system and hitting the required numbers as the prohance wouldn't be activated. Coming to salary, there is no fixed salary, your experience doesn't matter when it comes to salary hike, it matters in terms of productivity. Freshers are paid more than experienced people. HR told me she can't give me 25k/ month even after 1 year of Medical billing experience but later on I found freshers were getting 25k+/month inhand.
