worst

I am iks employee, I am writing to you as I feel this is the last option to approach someone. I am disappointed with the way you people are treating employees, and all my issues are remain unresolved, this is the worst company I have seen in my life. Starting from my salary, cab, support for everything I have an issue I raised my voice so many times infact my salary issue is taken till the director Ramakanth but it is of no use. Right from my immediate supervisor to the director no boday able to help me or provide me a solution for this . No one is addressing me infact I feel irritated, frustrated about this and I already spoke with HR that I want to quit your company as usual no response. So I am decided to quiy ua company. And I know nobody will respond me back even after reading this message. Very sad to work with you guys This is my careers worst decision

Good place for freshers

No policies, pathetic people, mediocre

Its the worst company I have ever seen. All low dignified and low qualified people are ruling. They don't have any policies for woman security, promotions and anything else. They keep on hiring and keep on throwing. They are Very unprofessional. At manager level they kept all bad people. It's a risky and life challenging decision if you are planning to join. I don't know why some good clients are looking at iks for their business, soon they ll be in big trouble as there is no technology, processes are not streamlined. Promotions are purely based on relationships.

Pros

Nothing to say. Check out your PF account, it's a fraud company in every aspects.

Cons

Fraud, insecurity, no policies for complaints and retaliation.

The good thing about this company is they make you wokr in all sectors so you can learn everything like US EHR, Coding, Training, Quality tools, client management, Next gen, Management.
