Policies are unstable and they change frequently. Management is not good at cluster level which impacts the work culture and unbiased environment can be sensed.

Management is supportive in Operations department. Employee friendly work culture. but variable pay is a myth. HR dept is very slow and non-responsive sometimes.

worst worst dont join

no work balance, no security, company just fired 100 employees no notice nothing. i just worked 4 month they said we don't have requirement and fired us, after few days they started hiring again.

Good work environment

Not a place for long tenure employment

They make you work extra hours for free, your work does not get recognized or appreciated. Work life balance is always compromised, Salary and benefits are very low. Good place to learn though.

Worst training

Fail to maintain the promise

Work environment is good
